Lactobacillus

Lactobacillus allows you to brew sour beers. SBI currently offers two different strains. Lactobacillus Acidophilus is the more basic variant, but easier to use. Lactobacillus Plantarum is more complex to use but allows for more complex flavor profiles to come out, and thus can create more interesting sour beer.
